Philip Roth Studies Wins CELJ Award

Philip Roth Studies is proud to announce that it is the recipient of an Honorable Mention for the 2012 Best Special Issue Award from the Council of Editors of Learned Journals. The awarded was specifically for the Spring 2012, “Roth and Women,” special issue (volume 8, number 1). Derek Parker Royal, the executive editor of the journal, wishes to thank the entire editorial team for a job well done. And a very special thanks goes to David Gooblar, the guest editor of the special issue, for pulling everything together.

The Honorable Mention award was given on January 4, in Boston, at the 128th annual Modern Language Association Convention. It was accepted at the CELJ ceremony by the guest editor, David Gooblar.
