Roth Chooses New Biographer

According to the New York Times‘ “Art Beat,” Blake Bailey has agreed to work with Philip Roth as his new biographer. Author of biographies on figures such as John Cheever and Richard Yates, Bailey will be taking over from Ross Miller, who had previously signed onto this project in 2004. According to Bailey, the biography should take him 8 to 10 years to complete.
